Towergate unveils general counsel
Towergate turns to William Hill for new arrival.
Towergate Insurance has appointed Jennifer Owens as general counsel and company secretary.
The broker confirmed that Owens would sit on its executive committee reporting directly to Mark Hodges, group CEO.
She joins from William Hill where she was deputy general counsel.
Hodges commented: "Jennifer is a great addition to the team and brings with her a wealth of legal, M&A and corporate governance experience.
