Oval chief Blanc closing in on double broker acquisition
Broker begins due diligence process with pair, Insurance Age can reveal.
Oval chief executive Peter Blanc has revealed that the broker has signed heads of terms agreements on two possible broker acquisitions.
Blanc told Insurance Age that the consolidator has just started the due diligence process on the pair, which have both been earmarked as potential bolt-ons for Oval's existing offices.
"We have two acquisitions on the go at the moment and we have got a lot of stuff we need to sort out," he admitted. "We are hoping to get one signed by Christmas and if we do so
