RSA to close Indian call centres in UK switch
RSA will close its Indian call centres and switch the jobs to its UK offices.
A spokesperson for the insurer confirmed that some 350 jobs would be created in the UK at its branches in Sunderland, Liverpool and Halifax.
Some 100 claims-handling roles were moved over this month, with 250 sales and servicing roles set to complete the switch by the middle of next year.
Up to 280 of the 350 jobs will be filled internally.
