BrokersLink goes for profit
BrokersLink has switched from not-for-profit status to a for-profit global broking company in a move designed to accelerate growth.
The worldwide independent insurance broker network claimed the development would also help it invest in enhanced multi-national client support capabilities.
The decision was formally approved at BrokerLink's annual general management meeting in Singapore. It will now transform into a Swiss-domiciled company and close its current association in early 2014.
The initial capital will be provided by MDS, Crystal & Company, Filhet-Allard, Nova and Cooper Gay.
According to BrokersLink the new structure
