Towergate crowns underwriting team with Jewell
Towergate Underwriting has appointed Paul Jewell as chief underwriting officer.
Jewell will report to Towergate Underwriting CEO, Clive Nathan.
According to the consolidator, Jewell will have management responsibility for areas including technical underwriting, claims, product development and pricing.
He brings over 25 year's industry experience to the role and joins after 11 years with AIG, most recently as chief underwriting officer for AIG Global Small and Medium Enterprises.
He started his career as a commercial lines underwriter with RSA before moving into senior
