Brightside Group to replace Holman by year end
Brightside Group has announced it is "seeking to replace" chief executive officer Martyn Holman before the end of the year.
The broker said the decision was made "following a review of the board's composition".
It added that the board expects to add to its insurance specialist knowledge with the appointment of a new non-executive director from the industry.
Also today, Brightside posted stable post-tax half-year profits of £5.5m compared to £5.6m for the same period last year.
Holman's departure comes just a week after the board of Brightside rejected an acquisition offer from Markerstudy as "fundamentally"
