Professionalism in focus - the insurer view

In the final part of our video series, Alasdair Stewart, client marketing and communications director at Axa Commercial Lines and Personal Intermediary, gives the insurer’s view on professionalism.

In the video Stewart calls on the industry to start backing its words with deeds in the campaign for professionalism.

"If we look back to where we have come from I think the last 12 months have been a really strong period for the whole professional debate," he says.

"I think there has been an awful lot of comment in the media around professionalism and what chartered status means."

And adds: "For the industry as a whole we have done a lot of talking now and I think it is more about action."
