Aviva's Bayles lands full-time I&P role

Aviva's Phil Bayles has been appointed intermediary and partnerships (I&P) director on a full-time basis.

Bayles - who replaced Janice Deakin in April this year - had until now been filling the role in an interim fashion since her departure. 

But Robin Spencer, CEO Aviva UK & Ireland, confirmed: "I am delighted to announce Phil's appointment. The broker market remains at the heart of our UKGI strategy and we are investing significantly in products, pricing and technology to remain number one for our brokers."

Ex-Jensten duo to launch SME MGA with Mission
