Law Society hits out at brokers with new solicitors' PI offering

A new professional indemnity (PI) insurance solution has been launched for small solicitor firms.

Miller Insurance Services and the Law Society have partnered to create Chancery Pii, which will provide cover for law firms with between one and four partners.

The venture will provide direct access to insurers which do not provide a broker service or any advisory services.

It will not accept enquiries from brokers, pay any broker commissions or charge any management fees.

Aviva doubling down for customers, says Martin
