Professionalism in focus – the broker view
The first episode in our three-video package sees Peter Blanc, chief executive at Oval share his thoughts on professionalism in the broking industry.
"All brokers need to be constantly looking at how they can be more professional," he says.
Addressing questions such as whether firms can afford to be chartered and how to attract new talent into the industry, Blanc also reveals what he thinks makes a broker professional.
