Aviva's Dominic Clayden appointed as claims chief at QBE

QBE has appointed Dominic Clayden as claims director.

Clayden was previously at Aviva, where he spent 14 years in various claims roles, most recently as claims director for its general insurance business in the UK and Ireland.

He replaces David Siesko in the role. Siesko was appointed in October 2012 and left QBE during the summer of 2013.

Clayden will be responsible for leading the claims teams across all business lines for QBE European Operations (EO) and will report to Richard Pryce, the company’s deputy CEO.
