Lobb first up as MD at US Risk UK
US Risk (UK), the parent company of Oxford Insurance Brokers and James Hampden International Insurance Brokers, has appointed Mike Lobb as its first managing director.
The firm stated the move was part of a growth strategy that included acquisitions and broadening its broker operations in the UK.
Lobb joins from Howden Broking Group where he had been chief of staff since 2012. He joined Howden in 2003 as a business development manager within Howden Risk Partners and in 2004 he was appointed to managing director of Howden Retail.
The management of Oxford Insurance Brokers and James Hampden International has remained unchanged following his appointment.
