Commercial Express launches property owners’ schemes
Commercial Express has launched a selection of new residential property owner’s products as well as changes to CX Let.
The underwriting agency has introduced Economy Let, tailored for residential landlords.
Duncan Pritchard, Commercial Express managing director, explained: "CX Economy Let is a simple, straightforward scheme with limited cover, which offers up to 20% rate reduction on our standard CX Let-Lloyd's facility."
The firm added that it was also running a selection of deals across its portfolio of Let products including up to 15% discount on its flagship product CX Let-Inter Hannover scheme and up to 5%
