Miller takes on second Paragon man in two months

Miller has taken on its second former Paragon International man in two months.

Tom Quy - who will join Miller's professional risks team - is a specialist producer and broker of cyber risks. 

It comes shortly after Nick Fearon also joined from Paragon to assume a senior production and broking role.

Quy was previously vice president of the of the executive risk team at Paragon and his experience encompasses placing cyber, professional indemnity and technology risks, mainly for Fortune 500 multinationals.

And Quy - who will be based in London - will work alongside Dan

Broking profits fall at Saga

Underlying profit before tax in Saga’s insurance broking arm fell to £39.8m for the year ended 31 January 2024, compared with £71.5m in the previous period.
