Simply Business completes MBO

Simply Business has completed an MBO backed by private equity firm AnaCap.

The online commercial broker - whose parent company is Xbridge - was set up in 2005.

CEO Jason Stockwood, who was previously the head of Match.com, said that the management buyout would enable the broker to build on its success, "accelerating our growth aspirations and vision for the future, while continuing to innovate and challenge the traditional industry model".
