CCV confirms hat-trick of broker buys
Towergate-owned CCV has acquired three insurance brokers across the UK.
The consolidator bought Underwood Insurance Services, Dale Insurance Services and Brighton Insurance (Brokers) Group.
Managing director of Newport-based Underwood Insurance Services, Neil Underwood, along with executive directors David Brassey and Richard Rowlands as well as 19 employees, will remain with the business.
It will continue to operate from its current location and will form part of the CCV South region, reporting to regional managing director Joe Simmons.
