CII opens New Generation programme to applicants

The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has called for future leaders in insurance broking to put themselves forward for the 2013/2014 New Generation Groups programme.

The initiative, which is run by the CII's Faculties, is intended to support the retention of talent and development of tomorrow's insurance stars.

Applicants for this year's programme, which starts in the autumn, must be members of the CII and members of the appropriate faculty, have between five to ten years insurance industry experience and be qualified to at least DipCII level.

According to the CII, the year-long New Generation programme provides those selected with a mixture of learning
