UK General and Policy Shop partner in £1m motor scheme deal
UK General has launched a non-standard motor scheme in conjunction with Coventry-based broker Policy Shop.
The scheme is aimed at drivers with motoring convictions, and will be available via the Policy Shop website and through aggregators.
UK General expects the scheme to deliver gross written premium of £1m over the next year.
Martin Kennedy, motor schemes director at the provider, said: “Often, drivers with points change their driving behavior if they risk losing their license through further convictions and become a much better risk.
