UK Broker Awards win proved Hughes was an industry "leader"

Success at the UK Broker Awards proved that Hughes Insurance was "a leader in our business for investing in staff".

The Northern Ireland broker's chief executive Gareth Brady told Insurance Age that scooping the Investment in People Award was tangible evidence of the broker's commitment to training and development. 

"This award shows we are the leader in our business for investing in staff, people feel they are worth something which they absolutely are," he stated.
"It was important and served as recognition of the work we have done in developing the abilities of all of our staff."
