CII in review of criteria for chartered firms

The industry body stated that the review will seek to ensure that the criteria “continue to underpin customers’ expectations of a chartered firm”.

The initial phase of the review involved the CII conducting one to one interviews with stakeholders in the insurance and financial planning sectors, as well as a series of focus groups with consumers and SMEs.

Feedback from this early stage will be published in July and the CII is also planning an open consultation with members, non-members
