Integro builds new management team
Integro has appointed a new leadership team to oversee Integro Insurance Brokers, the group’s UK subsidiary.
The New York-based international insurance brokerage and risk management firm confirmed that John Sutton will serve as chief executive and Toby Humphreys as chairman.
Both men joined Integro in 2005 when it bought Humphreys Haggas Sutton and Co (HHS), the broker the pair co-founded in 1994.
Prior to HHS, Mr Sutton held a senior position at Marsh and was responsible for the reinsurance division of Finpro.
Mr Humphreys was also previously at Marsh with Finpro and led the professional liability
