Young Broker of the Year Award made 'massive' difference to winner
Winning the Young Broker of the Year Award was a huge boon to Higos Insurance’s Caroline Webster, according to the firm’s managing director Ian Gosden.
Ms Webster, acquisitions co-ordinator at Higos, picked up the accolade at the ceremony held in September 2012.
Mr Gosden commented: “Caroline has grown in confidence a huge amount because of her awards.
“It’s made a massive difference, it’s helped her believe in herself.”
Higos made sure Ms Webster’s win was publicised around the company, with an item in the internal magazine, as well as alerting the local press.
