Brokerbility's Ashwin Mistry to become CII president in 2014
Ashwin Mistry is set to become president of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) in 2014, Insurance Age can reveal.
Mr Mistry is chairman and managing director of Brokerbility, and has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry.
He has been nominated to become deputy president, subject to a vote which will take place at the organisations AGM in July. All CII members are given the opportunity to vote on the matter.
Mr Mistry will hold the position of deputy-president for 12 months and will then be nominated as president, taking up that role in the summer of 2014.
