Lockton takes legal chief from Towergate
Lockton has appointed Sam Clark as the new general counsel to Lockton Companies.
Mr Clark has been with Towergate for 10 years and is currently head of legal secretariat at the consolidator.
Mike Hammond, CEO of Lockton, said: "We are delighted that Sam is joining the team.
"His wealth of experience in the intermediary space - advising on transactions, commercial activities and all aspects of broking operations - will be invaluable to Lockton as we move forward".
