Giles Dundee operation loses three staff
Giles Insurance Brokers has reduced its presence in Dundee, Insurance Age can reveal.
Responding to rumours of an office closure, Alan McEwan, regional managing director at the broker, said one member of staff remained in the office but the back office function had been moved into the Edinburgh branch.
He commented: “Clients are quite happy with the move, and we’ve actually recruited an extra person into Edinburgh to support Dundee.”
Two full-time staff and one part-time employee who were previously based at the Dundee operation have left the company.
