Markerstudy on verge of four broker buys
Markerstudy Group has signed four non-disclosure agreements (NDA) to buy brokers.
In total, the group has agreed seven NDAs - with the other three companies all insurance related.
Group operations director Saleem Miyan told Insurance Age that he was hoping to tie up the deals "as quickly as we possibly can" and that negotiations with two brokers were at an "advanced stage".
"There's a lot of activity going on within the group," he said. "We get frustrated if we can't move quick enough."
