Simplyhealth confirms new CEO
Simplyhealth has unveiled Romana Abdin as the healthcare provider's new CEO to succeed Des Benjamin.
Ms Abdin - who is currently the healthcare provider's HR and corporate affairs director, as well as company secretary - will assume the role on 1 July 2013.
It comes after Mr Benjamin announced his decision to retire last month, following 13 years at the company's helm.
Ms Abdin joined Simplyhealth in 2001 after having previously worked as a barrister in the entertainment and financial services industry for both Lloyds TSB and Bradford & Bingley.
