Janice Deakin on four-month gardening leave
Insurance Age can reveal that Aviva’s Janice Deakin has been placed on gardening leave, effective from 16 April.
She will remain on leave until August 2013.
The development follows the announcement earlier this month that Ms Deakin was leaving the provider after 13 years to join Arthur J Gallagher.
Her role as intermediary and partnerships director is being filled by Phil Bayles, director of broker distribution, on an interim basis.
