Romero and Eastwood & Partners' High Court case begins
The case involving Romero Insurance Brokers and Eastwood & Partners has begun today in the High Court in London.
Romero is suing its former corporate manager Andrew Templeton and Eastwood's for an alleged breach of contract.
Mr Templeton left Romero last year and, as senior account executive, is now heading up Eastwood's new Halifax office.
The trial is scheduled to last three days.
Romero has declined to comment at this stage while Eastwood & Partners was yet to respond at the time of publication.
