Marshall Sugden has left the acquisitions leadership role at Bluefin Insurance, sister title Post has revealed.

According to the article, Mr Sugden, managing director for business development within the commercial division at the broker, will be joining another broker within the next three months although his precise departure date has yet to be agreed.

Chief executive at Bluefin Stuart Reid told Post that the loss would not affect the broker's ongoing negotiations.

"Marshall was part of a team that remains with us and this won't be affecting acquisitions," he said.
