Lorega extends Towergate networks relationship

Broker Network and Countrywide has extended its relationship with Lorega to include the launch of Household Network Assist.

The new household loss recovery insurance product will be available via the online trading portal on Broker Networks' and Countrywide's member websites.

The loss recovery insurance firm is already the exclusive provider of the networks' commercial network assist product, which launched 18 months ago.

Broking profits fall at Saga

Underlying profit before tax in Saga’s insurance broking arm fell to £39.8m for the year ended 31 January 2024, compared with £71.5m in the previous period.
