Giles goes to Jelf for new quality chief

Giles Insurance Brokers has appointed Kathy Walker to the newly-created role of total quality manager.

Ms Walker joins from Jelf Clarke Roxburgh where she was head of the lead generation team.

In her new role at Giles, the broker said Ms Walker would be responsible for developing and implementing best practice across all of Giles’ businesses.
