Bluefin appoints Boden as chairman
Bluefin has appointed George Boden as non-executive chairman of the board.
The move followed previous incumbent Ian Brimecome resigning to take up the position of chairman of the board for parent company Axa UK.
Mr Boden was appointed to the board of Bluefin as a non-executive director in December 2011 having previously been a member of the Bluefin management board.
He is also chairman of Centrix Insurance Holdings, the parent company of international insurance broker Lonmar Global Risks.
