Networks issue rallying cry despite Aviva and Willis split
Broker networks have insisted they still have a crucial role in the market place despite Aviva's decision to withdraw from the Willis Network.
The move also followed Aviva's split from Broker Network last year, which raised question marks over the future viability of network offerings.
However, Westinsure MD Norrie Erwin insisted that the Aviva's most recent parting of ways with Willis was "anything but a nail in the coffin for networks".
"It's just one relationship, we and most networks are growing," he told Insurance Age.
"Most networks are in a strong position, however there's a caveat to that, it's about working for all parties
