Insurers counter "poor compliance" claim after DVLA bans

Insurance Age uncovered that RSA, Groupama, LV, Markerstudy and NIG had all been barred, following a Freedom of Information Request. 

In total, over the last six years, 20 businesses - which the DVLA defines as an ‘insurance company' - have been excluded from the service.

It led to privacy campaign group Big Brother Watch branding the situation "worrying".
