He joins from KAE Strategic Marketing, and has also worked at Genworth Financial.
Mr Pipe said in his new role he would be focusing on increasing uptake of Premium Credit’s service among clients of the company’s existing broker partners.
He commented: “Analysis has shown very clearly that there is huge opportunity to improve penetration at a time when many families and business are feeling the squeeze.
