NIG adds to claims service
NIG has appointed Rob Smart as its new head of commercial claims.
The commercial insurer stated that Mr Smart will be involved with ensuring that NIG supports and builds relationships with key brokers as well as building on the company's investment in enhancing its commercial claims service.
Mr Smart has over 20 years' experience within the claims environment. Most recently, he held the position of senior claims manager at Travelers Insurance, a role with responsibility for property and public liability claims.
He will report to Jon Greenwood, managing
