Ex-Deacon chief to head up new JLT real estate team

JLT Specialty has appointed Penny Jepson as manager of its new residential real estate offering.

She joins from Deacon, where she was head of business.

In her new role Ms Jepson will be based in Bournemouth, leading a team of three employees from the London real estate division, as well as a number of new hires.

The team will focus on residential management companies and managing agents throughout the UK.
