Aston Scott swoops for RSA subsidary Fyfe Group

Aston Scott has bought the brand and business of RSA subsidiary Fyfe Group.

The Kent-based broker also snapped up four subsidiary businesses as part of the deal. 

In September 2012, Insurance Age revealed that RSA would be pulling out of the motor trade market, as well as its decision to sell its Fyfe business.

The agreement for Fyfe, which is based in Horsham, Surrey, will see brands such as Pitstop, Road Runner and Motor Trade Solutions come under Aston Scott's umbrella.
