
Randall & Quilter makes first Isle of Man captive purchase

The captive has been in run-off since 2002 and wrote a mixed book of business, including public and products liability, property, general liability and marine.
Ken Randall, chairman and CEO of Randall & Quilter, said the purchase was the company’s first captive acquisition in the Isle of Man, and commented: “The purchase of HIL further evidences the increasing level of acquisition activity we are seeing as a group.
