QBE's Cooter completes Covéa top team
Covéa Insurance has appointed Simon Cooter as commercial lines director.
Mr Cooter joins from QBE where he was director, market management and regional operations, a position he also held at Brit Insurance, prior to its acquisition by QBE.
As revealed by Insurance Age, he left the insurer in July 2012 and sources speculated at the time that he would make a return to RSA.
Mr Cooter previously spent 18 years working at RSA.
He takes up his new role on 14 January, and his appointment completes Covéa’s executive team.
