Men shaking hands

Giles Insurance Brokers has made four appointments to bolster its teams in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Scott Davidson makes the move from Gallagher Heath to join the Edinburgh corporate team as development executive.

He boasts some 20 years' experience in underwriting and broking after having previously been at Sun Alliance, Aon and the Insurance Partnership.

Colin Henry and Lauren Dickson have both switched from Autoline to become development executive and account handler respectively in Belfast.

And Victoria Noble will join the Inverness branch as an account executive.

Speaking about the string of arrivals, Giles regional managing director Alan McEwan, said: "My team and I are seeing a lot of quality and enthusiasm from people who want a successful career with Giles and our pipeline is growing every day."

In September, Giles also moved for Gallagher Heath's Ian Smith as Falkirk branch director, as well as Aston Scott's Ian McDiarmid and Andy Boyd as development executives to assist him.
