Biba sets first deadline for CEO hiring process

The British Insurance Brokers’ Association (Biba) hopes to begin interviews for the role of chief executive officer in February 2013.

The trade body has appointed headhunters Per Ardua Associates to find a replacement for Eric Galbraith, who announced in October that he would be leaving the role after almost ten years in the top job.

The headhunters will report to a sub-group of Biba’s board which is made up of Andy Homer, chairman, Barbara Bradshaw, executive director, Brendan McManus, deputy chairman, and Bluefin’s Neil Thornton, who will manage the process.
