Catlin goes to Xchanging for new claims chief

Catlin Group has appointed Glenn Brace as group claims director.

He joins from Xchanging Claims Services, where he was executive director, and has previously worked for Equitas and Resolute.

Mr Brace is stepping into the role vacated by Nick Sinfield who has been promoted to chief executive officer of the company’s London/UK underwriting hub.

He will take up the role in early 2013, and will be responsible for the insurer’s worldwide claims operations.

Mr Brace will also be based in London and will report to Paul Jardine, group chief operating officer.
