Former Deloitte head named as RSA chairman
RSA Group has unveiled former Deloitte head Martin Scicluna as its new chairman.
Mr Scicluna, Deloittte chairman from 1995 to 2007, will join the board on 1 January 2013, succeeding John Napier who is stepping down after 10 years on 31 December 2012.
Currently, Mr Scicluna is chairman of Great Portland Estates and chairman of the Audit committee and a non-executive director of Lloyd's Banking Group.
