Broker feedback directs Chubb HNW restructure


The insurer said national, cornerstone and independent brokers were the focus of its changes, following the first review of its HNW business since 2009.

Chubb said that brokers wanted a more streamlined service with dedicated underwriters possessing the authority to make faster decisions, as well as easier access to account managers.

Simon Mobey, personal lines manager, Chubb Insurance of Europe, said: "It had been three years since we took an in-depth review of our HNW service and products.
