H&H buys Cumbrian broker
H&H Group has acquired Brampton-based commercial insurance brokers, John Pieri Insurance Services.
The business will be incorporated into Carlisle-based H&H Insurance Brokers (H&H).
The move is the latest growth step for the firm, best known for farm insurance but looking to expand its commercial accounts, which has opened offices in Aberdeen, Cheshire and North Wales in the last three years, doubling staff numbers to 26.
Philip Pagin, managing director of H&H, commented: "We have known John Pieri and his team for a long time and believe this to be a good move for both businesses.
