GTCR swoops for Premium Credit in £900m deal
Private equity firm GTCR has bought Premium Credit from MBNA Europe in a deal worth £900m.
GTCR will partner with new CEO Andrew Doman and Premium Credit's existing management.
The deal is expected to expand Premium Credit's customer relationships and boost its technology and service offerings.
