APC rolls out new taxi product

The commercial insurance underwriting agency said the decision was the result of over a year of planning and research. It added that the public hire product, available via its own QuoteMac trading platform, was designed to provide selected brokers with a market for their taxi clients while tightly controlling risk selection and claims management.
The first-ever motor product from APC will offer comprehensive cover only with public liability up to £10m for vehicles with up to nine seats
