Biba visits Downing Street

The British Insurance Brokers’ Association (Biba) has visited the Prime Minister’s office to raise a number of key broker issues.

Last week, Biba chief executive officer Eric Galbraith and head of corporate affairs Graeme Trudgill, met with Tim Luke, the Prime Minister's business advisor.

In the meeting they discussed a range of issues including the cost of regulation, signposting, the value of brokers, flood, motor insurance and business continuity.

AUB reports Momentum and Movo deal costs

Sydney-headquartered AUB Group has revealed the costs of snapping up 40% of appointed representatives network Momentum Broker Solutions and 80% of fellow AR offering Movo Group last year, and promised more deals to come.
